The library of the Institute is specialized in the history of the twentieth century, and includes around 5,000 volumes classified according to the Dewey system, as well as an enormous number of specialized magazines. It has also specific collections dedicated to local history and to genre studies in relation to twentieth century history.
The institute also has a historic archive, an important collection of ancient posters and a photo library, which have still not been digitalized.
There are 4 work stations , with one internet station.
